Dear Members:

The City Club offers you something to enjoy with your family and friends for Araw ng Kalayaan/Independence Day weekend!

Homegrown Joe’s Brew

Another addition to the wide array of international beers and liquors that we offer, and just in time for Independence Day, is a local Philippine craft beer called Joe’s Brew. Joe’s Brew varieties include 34th Pursuit, Fish Rider Pale Ale, and Sierra Madre Wheat Ale.

The first variety, 34th Pursuit, is named after the squadron of the brewmaster’s pilot grandfather in the 1940s. With a fusion of citrus, floral, and tropical flavors, spiked with 6.8% alcohol content, and the bitterness of 70 IBU, this beer exudes a clean, hoppy taste.

The second variety from Joe’s Brew is the Fish Rider Pale Ale, a strong and flavorful beer that appeals to beer lovers of all ages and appreciation! This is best paired with grilled dishes, meats and sandwiches.

The third one is the Sierra Madre Wheat Ale, a lighter tasting beer fit for the ladies. It exhibits a soft, floral, and fruity flavour that provides sharp bitterness.

Enjoy any or all of the Joe’s Brew varieties for P250 per bottle.

And by the way...this locally crafted beer goes great with Balesin Islander’s pica-pica!
