We’re excited to offer you live TV screenings of popular sports events at the Club Lounge, and Sports & Recreation programs that will help you push yourself to new limits! Try our new programs that will get you physically active. You should strive to be active at least 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Watch Holly Holm try to become the fourth fighter in UFC history to win championships in two weight classes when she faces Germaine de Randamie in the UFC 208 main event. Live screening in the Club Lounge this Sunday, February 12, at 11:00 AM. Other fights under the main card include Anderson Silva vs Derek Brunson, Ronaldo Souza vs Tim Boetsch, Glover Teixeira vs Jared Cannonier and Dustin Poirier vs Jim Miller.

On February 19, the Club Lounge will bring you the live screening of all NBA All-Star activities. Ignite your basketball passion as NBA players show why they are the best players on the planet in the Skills Challenge, Three-Point Contest and Slam Dunk Contest. Then on February 20, watch the WEST Team, led by Steph Curry and Kevin Durant, take on the EAST Team, led by Kyrie Irving and Lebron James, for the 66th NBA All-Star Game.

Social Sports Weeknights
Work hard, play harder. Visit the club after your busy work schedule from Mondays to Thursdays for our Social Sports activities for you and your friends. Perfect your jump shot at our Basketball Mondays, hit the shuttlecock at our Badminton Tuesdays, and practice your backhand at our Tennis Tuesdays and Thursdays. And play singles or doubles in our four-walled court with a hollow rubber ball at our Squash Thursdays.

Badminton Training with Coach Lloyd Escoses
Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate badminton player, learn the finer techniques of a forehand, backhand or smash. Train with a pro: Coach Lloyd Escoses is a former national team member and now coaches the St. Benilde badminton team and a number of corporate teams around the metro.
WATTUP Cycling Training
Train smart, know your numbers and train using a power meter. WATTUP is an indoor cycling program that helps you identify your FTP using your own bike and provides specific cycling training to increase your power output and prepare you for the next cycling race or triathlon.
